Precious is MD at Lumorus Organisational Health Practice, a Build Environment and Cost & Commercial expert who commands over 22 years’ in the construction industry  at the helm of cost and resource management operations across a portfolio of high- value projects and programmes in various sectors including commercial, retail, residential and infrastructure, providing robust cost & commercial management, project management, procurement strategy advisory and strategic planning and strategic change management. 

As a Construction Specialist she provides strategic advice to clients on sustainable building practices, responsible procurement and Whole Lifecycle Costing.

She has worked with clients to overcome and embed ESG practices in their organisations in particular social value and sustainable procurement.  

She has sound knowledge and expertise in the green/net zero business case for embedding in core operations and in especially in procurement negotiations, and the alignment of organisations strategic sustainable ambitions with climate impact frameworks such as the U.K Construction Industry Councils Carbon Zero Action Plan and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 

She has undertaken research, designing bespoke training courses for the built environment, and speaks extensively on responsible business practices  and inclusive leadership in construction and the built environment. 

She is an Associate Facilitator at Cranfield University  Executive Development  and has experience delivering to Public and Private Sector, and Non-Profit organisations. She is Trustee of Milton Keynes Community Foundation  & Worktree and a Non-Executive Director for Milton Keynes University Hospital Foundation Trust. .​
